All 20 Indicators

Every indicator sorted by type with importance weights. The regime engine re-weights them automatically based on what the market is doing right now.

RSImomentum
Relative Strength Index
Measures price change speed — adaptive thresholds shift by regime (40/80 trending, 30/70 ranging).
MACDtrend
Moving Avg Convergence Divergence
Tracks momentum via EMA(12/26) crossovers — identifies trend reversals. Weight: ×1.3.
BBvolatility
Bollinger Bands %B
Price position within bands — %B < 0 oversold, > 1 overbought. Also drives breakout detection.
EMAtrend
Exponential Moving Average (12/26)
Recency-weighted moving averages — fast trend direction filter with dual-period confirmation.
SMAtrend
SMA Cross (20/50)
Golden cross / death cross — SMA20 > SMA50 = bullish. Weight: ×1.3. Used for regime confirmation.
ATRvolatility
Average True Range
Volatility measure — percentile-ranked against 100-bar history for self-calibrating regime detection.
STOCHmomentum
Stochastic (14,3)
%K/%D crossover in extreme zones — reveals momentum exhaustion and divergence setups.
ADXtrend
Average Directional Index
Regime classifier (0–100) — doesn't vote, instead determines which indicators to trust. >25 = trending.
OBVvolume
On-Balance Volume
Cumulative volume flow — rising OBV + rising price = high conviction. Divergence = weakness.
CCImomentum
Commodity Channel Index (20)
Unbounded deviation from statistical mean — ±100 zones. Catches extreme moves RSI can't see.
WPRmomentum
Williams %R (14)
Inverse stochastic (-100 to 0) — extreme readings at -80/-20 signal counter-move setups.
SARtrend
Parabolic SAR
Trailing stop-and-reverse — AF 0.02→0.20. Detects momentum exhaustion and precise reversal timing.
ICHItrend
Ichimoku Cloud
5-component system: Tenkan, Kijun, Senkou A/B, cloud. Gold standard for multi-layered regime detection. Weight: ×1.3.
RVWAPvolume
Rolling VWAP (20)
20-period rolling volume-weighted average — institutional fair value anchor. Stable unlike cumulative VWAP.
MFImomentum
Money Flow Index (14)
Volume-weighted RSI — below 20 = selling exhaustion, above 80 = buying exhaustion. Weight: ×1.1.
DIVmomentum
RSI Structural Divergence
15-bar swing detection — compares RSI at structural pivot points. Highest weight in engine: ×1.6.
STtrend
Supertrend (10, 3)
ATR-based dynamic support/resistance — widens in volatile markets, tightens in calm. Weight: ×1.2.
CVDvolume
Cumulative Volume Delta
Institutional flow detector — rising CVD = real buying, falling CVD + rising price = hollow rally. Weight: ×1.3.
SMA50trend
SMA (50) + Slope
Medium-term trend + 5-bar slope. Required for regime confirmation: trending needs positive/negative slope.
SMA20trend
SMA (20)
Short-term trend baseline — price above/below drives moving average signal votes.

5 regimes, no manual tuning

A 4% ATR is normal for crypto but extreme for SPY. The engine percentile-ranks ATR against the last 100 bars so it calibrates itself for each instrument.

📈
TRENDING UP
×1.4 weight
ADX > 25 + price above SMA50 + positive slope. Trend indicators boosted, oscillators dampened.
📉
TRENDING DOWN
×1.4 weight
ADX > 25 + price below SMA50 + negative slope. Moving averages lead, oscillators suppressed.
↔️
RANGING
×1.4 weight
Default — no strong trend detected. Oscillators boosted for mean-reversion setups.
⚡
VOLATILE
×0.8 weight
ATR in top 10th percentile. All weights reduced, confidence thresholds tighten significantly.
💥
BREAKOUT
×1.5 weight
Bandwidth in bottom 10th percentile + ADX > 20. Squeeze detected — trend indicators maximised.

7 Timeframes, weighted confluence

When 3 or more of the 7 timeframes agree on direction, that's strong confluence. Daily (25%) and Weekly (20%) count the most.

15m
Scalping
Highest noise — 5% weight. Detects very short-term exhaustion.
1H
Intraday
Intraday direction — 10% weight. Quick trend filter.
4H
Swing Setup
Setup confirmation — 15% weight. Balances speed and stability.
1D
Primary Trend
Dominant trend — 25% weight (highest). Institutional standard.
3D
Swing Smoothing
Smoothed from daily — 15% weight. Filters daily noise.
1W
Institutional Swing
Second highest — 20% weight. Where the big money trades.
1M
Macro / Position
Macro view — 10% weight. Multi-month structural trends.

From data to signal in 6 steps

Every step is in the source code. Nothing hidden, nothing proprietary.

Fetch 500 OHLCV Bars
Historical candlestick data is fetched via Alpaca API for the selected instrument. 500 bars for stocks, 300 for crypto. 3-day bars are aggregated from daily.
Percentile Regime Detection
ADX, ATR, and Bollinger bandwidth are computed and percentile-ranked against 100-bar history. Classifies into 5 regimes: Trending Up/Down, Ranging, Volatile, Breakout.
Compute 20 Indicators
All 20 indicators run on the OHLCV series — including Supertrend, Ichimoku Cloud, CVD, RSI Divergence. Each produces BUY (+1), SELL (-1), or NEUTRAL (0).
Apply Regime-Weighted Voting
Indicator votes are multiplied by importance weights (×0.8 to ×1.6) AND regime multipliers (e.g. trend ×1.4 in trending, oscillators ×1.4 in ranging).
Weighted Composite Score
Score = (BuyWeight − SellWeight) / TotalWeight × 100 × ADX multiplier. ±60 = STRONG, ±25 = directional, else NEUTRAL. Wilson CI for confidence.
7-Timeframe Confluence
Steps 1–5 repeat across all 7 timeframes (15m→1M). Daily 25% + Weekly 20% carry the most weight. 3+ agreeing = STRONG confluence.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's a trading signal dashboard that runs 20 technical indicators across 33 instruments and 7 timeframes (15m to 1M). It figures out what kind of market you're in — trending, ranging, volatile, or breakout — using percentile-based regime detection, then scores everything accordingly. There's also a proper backtester that reports Sharpe Ratio, Max Drawdown, and Profit Factor. It's open source (MIT) on GitHub.

20 of them: RSI(14), MACD(12,26,9), Stochastic(14,3), Williams %R, MFI(14), RSI Structural Divergence, CCI(20), SMA(20), SMA(50), EMA(12), EMA(26), SMA Cross(20/50), ADX(14), Bollinger %B, OBV, Rolling VWAP(20), Supertrend(10,3), Ichimoku Cloud, Parabolic SAR, and Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD).

Instead of using fixed thresholds that break across different assets (a 4% ATR is normal for crypto but extreme for SPY), the system ranks ATR and Bollinger bandwidth against the last 100 readings as percentiles. This means it calibrates itself for each instrument — no manual tuning needed. It classifies into 5 regimes: Trending Up, Trending Down, Ranging, Volatile, and Breakout.

15-minute, 1-hour, 4-hour, 1-day, 3-day (built from daily bars), 1-week, and 1-month. Each one has a confluence weight — Daily gets 25% and Weekly gets 20%, which are the two highest. When 3 or more agree on direction, the confluence reading is STRONG.

The backtester runs historical signals through 500+ bars. It's deliberately pessimistic: stop-loss is checked before take-profit on each bar (so no cheating with look-ahead), 0.1% slippage is applied on every entry, and only MEDIUM/HIGH confidence signals are tested. You get hit rate, Sharpe Ratio, Max Drawdown, Profit Factor, and 95% Wilson confidence intervals.

It tracks whether real buying or selling pressure is behind price moves. If CVD is rising while price is rising, that's genuine buying. If CVD is falling while price is rising, that's a hollow rally — the volume isn't backing it up. It's weighted at ×1.3 in the engine, one of the highest.

Yes, fully. MIT licence, on GitHub at github.com/ModernOps888/infinity-signal. You need a free Alpaca API key (a paper trading account works fine) and then just run npm run dev. No sign-up, no subscription, no telemetry.

Confluence means multiple independent signals are pointing the same way. There are two kinds: indicator confluence (when trend, momentum, and volume indicators all agree) and timeframe confluence (when 3+ of the 7 timeframes agree). When both line up, that's the highest-conviction setup.

Yes. CSV export gives you all 20 indicator values plus metadata. Copy Summary puts a text version on your clipboard for sharing. The signal history logs every MEDIUM/HIGH signal automatically with timestamps, so you can track accuracy over time.
